EM&I Jacques Ltd. was formed in the year 2000 as a joint venture of Jacques Whitford and EM&I (Maritime) Ltd to develop the Operations and Asset Integrity Management Services business in Canada.

A Canadian organisation registered in Newfoundland, and equally owned by EM&I (Maritime) Ltd and the Jacques Whitford Group is a part of the global EM&I Alliance, EM&I Jacques has the ability to draw upon knowledge and expertise from their worldwide network of bases whilst retaining the maximum Canadian content.
 
EM&I Jacques track record in Canada includes supporting the development of a comprehensive integrity management system, specialist site services and the provision of condition monitoring services for the local offshore oil and gas facilities.
 
EM&I Jacques are familiar with planning, conducting and managing scheduled inspection of FPSO, pressure systems, and corrosion monitoring systems, primary hull structures, topsides structures, lifting and material handling equipment and mooring systems.
 
EM&I Jacques multi skilled technicians are trained in conventional and in EM&I specialist inspection methods.
 
Our services are delivered from our operations base in St John’s Newfoundland, with planned offices in Alberta by 2007
