Greater China Buisness AwardWe celebrate the Chinese New Year with three significant events for EM&I in China. They are:

EM&I’s tenth anniversary in China
The opening of new offices in Tanggu, Northern China.
Greater China Business Award 2007
Coinciding with the Chinese New Year celebrations, the Greater China Business Awards Roadshow, which was organized by the The International Trade Centre (a joint venture with the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce and UK Trade & Investment organisation) finished with a banquet dinner at Manchester's famous Yang Sing restaurant to welcome in the Year of the Golden Pig.
At the banquet dinner EM&I were awarded the Greater China Business Award for 2007
Excerpts from the judges’ assessment are shown below.
"Final choice was a clear winner - EM&I. Their approach to the China market was well researched and their entry highly structured. Strong commitment to training local people, with two way interchange between the UK and China. They demonstrated commitment to delivering international standards in the Chinese market and had taken initiatives to help Chinese Nationals understand the importance of these. Particularly noteworthy is their close relationship with local regulatory bodies. They are actively developing the Chinese market with bases in North and South China.”
