The O-AIMS management system can be sub-divided into 4 main stages, each described by process maps and guidance notes which are built into your Document Management System.

Project Management

EM&I operate a documented "Step Gate" project management system which describes and controls how the O-AIMS system is managed from start-up through on going operations and eventual project close out.

This one-stop-shop capability provides clear accountability and reduced administration costs to our Clients.

Engineering Support

Our global technical experience is gathered centrally by our Technical Support Group (TSG) and made available to all EM&I international bases.
This ensures that global best-practice and consistent technical standards are delivered to our Clients.

The TSG includes experienced engineers in Corrosion, Materials, Inspection, Integrity, Coatings, Structures, and Mechanical and Environmental disciplines.
